We are seeking energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused ERP Sales Executives to join our growing sales team and drive the adoption of our ERP solutions across multiple industries.

Position Summary

The ERP Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales for ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and a passion for helping organizations improve efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP software solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing campaigns, and outbound sales activities.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business requirements and challenges.
Present ERP solutions through product demonstrations and consultative sales approaches.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, executives, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with implementation, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports using CRM systems.
Participate in trade shows, business events, webinars, and industry networking activities.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in software sales, ERP sales, SaaS sales, or B2B technology sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of business processes including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, or CRM.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage with C-level executives and business decision-makers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling ERP platforms such as:
Microsoft Dynamics 365
SAP Business One
Oracle NetSuite
Odoo
Sage
Acumatica
Epicor
Infor
Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives and enterprise software implementation projects.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
